When you buy from GiftBay, you are ordering a custom-made item. By placing an order, you agree to follow these simple rules.

1. Our Agreement

GiftBay is a specialized studio. We have the right to cancel an order if we believe it is fraudulent or uses images that don't belong to you.

2. Unique Details

We use real materials like leather and surgical steel. Because these are natural, there might be very small differences in the texture or the depth of the engraving. These are not mistakes; they show your item is truly handmade.

3. Your Custom Details

  • Check Your Spelling: You are responsible for making sure names, dates, and photos are correct. We engrave exactly what you send us.
  • 2-Hour Rule: You have 2 hours after ordering to change or cancel it. After that, we start making it and cannot stop the process.
  • Prohibited Content: We will not engrave hate speech or copyrighted images that you do not own.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because these items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns. We only offer a fix or replacement if:

Our Mistake: We misspelled something or put the design in the wrong place.
Broken Item: The item arrives broken or has a major defect.

5. Shipping

We use secure shipping to send your gifts. While we track every package, we are not responsible for delays caused by the post office or customs. Our liability is limited to the price you paid for the item.

6. Our Designs

All photos, product ideas, and website content belong to GiftBay Studio. Please do not copy or use them without our permission.
