Shipping Policy
Every GiftBay piece is custom-engineered to order. We use secure, trackable shipping to ensure your legacy items arrive in perfect condition.
1. Processing Time
Because we personalize every item by hand in our studio, there is a "Processing Time" before your order ships:
2. Delivery Times
Once your item leaves our studio, the delivery time depends on your location:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days.
*Note: These are estimates. Total time = Processing + Shipping.
3. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package is scanned by the carrier, we will email you a Tracking Number. You can monitor your package's journey directly from the link provided in that email.
4. Important Notes
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address. We cannot change the destination once the item has shipped.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier immediately. We will assist you in opening a claim.
- Customs & Duties: For international orders, any import taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
